There was a season in my life that changed everything.
During one of the most difficult chapters of my life, I was blessed to have my mom by my side as she helped me navigate it. Losing her in the midst of that journey was heartbreaking—even terrifying. I wasn't certain how I would navigate life without her.
Through it all, my faith in my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, became my anchor. My mom encouraged me to listen for the Holy Spirit's prompting, and during that season, He faithfully guided, comforted, and prepared me. There were times when the Holy Spirit impressed specific things upon my heart before they happened. When those moments unfolded exactly as He had prepared me, my faith was strengthened because I knew I wasn't facing the future alone—God had gone before me.
God also surrounded me with incredible people who reflected His love. My mom's encouragement continues to anchor me even today. My dad's wisdom and steady support, my siblings, my closest friends, compassionate counselors, and faithful pastors all became part of the way God carried me through that season. Their love, prayers, wisdom, encouragement, and steadfast presence were constant reminders that I was never walking that journey alone.
I didn't discover my dimensions because life was easy. I discovered them because God was faithful in the middle of a season I never would have chosen. Through His faithfulness and the refining work He accomplished during one of the most difficult chapters of my life, He revived dormant dimensions of who He created me to be and revealed new ones. Some of those dimensions had quietly faded over time. Others, I had never imagined God would use. Together, they became part of a purpose far greater than I could have planned for myself.
That season didn't simply change my circumstances—it reshaped my priorities. It reminded me that life is too precious to leave purpose unexplored, passions unpursued, or the dimensions of who God created me to be undiscovered. It also inspired me to intentionally build a life that allows me to continue being the mom I've been throughout my children's lives—present, involved, and available for the moments that matter most—while building meaningful work that both serves others and provides for my family.
Today, I have the privilege of serving others through education, wellness, writing, speaking, business, and hospitality. Whether I'm teaching, encouraging someone on their wellness journey, speaking to an audience, writing a book, or helping businesses grow through promotional products and creative solutions, my desire is always the same: to help others recognize the gifts God has placed within them and courageously live them out.
Show Your Dimensions was reborn from that journey.
It's built on the belief that every person was created by God with unique gifts, talents, experiences, and passions. Sometimes they've been forgotten, buried, or silenced by life's disappointments, responsibilities, fear, hardship, or seasons of survival. And sometimes they simply need to be revived. My prayer is that as you spend time here, you'll be encouraged to remember who you are, ignite your passions, and confidently step beyond your comfort zone to embrace every dimension of who God created you to be. Show Your Dimensions. Because You Have More Than One.
